Plain words, kept short.
These Terms of Use constitute an agreement between you and Campfire Technologies LLC, the owner and operator of the Campfire application. Below, in plain words, is what that means.
Anything you write, record, or upload to Campfire belongs to you. Campfire doesn't sell your memories or use them to train its own AI models. Campy's AI features require processing through the AI infrastructure that powers Campfire; our privacy page explains that plainly.
We may access stored content when it's necessary to operate or troubleshoot the service, or where we're legally required to.
Use Campfire to preserve your own stories and the stories of people who would want them kept. Please don't upload content that doesn't belong to you, or anything that could harm someone else.
Campfire is in early beta. We're still smoothing edges, and rare issues can happen. We do our best to keep your memories safe, and we recommend keeping your own copies of anything irreplaceable.
You can ask us to delete your account and everything in it at any time. We'll honor that request and confirm when it's done.
If these terms change in any meaningful way, we'll tell you before the change takes effect.
